Shipping Policy
At Ola Skincare, all orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
If you require an urgent delivery, please reach out via Instagram DMs (@olaskincarecanada) or email us at olaskincaredigital@gmail.com — we'll do our best to accommodate, depending on your location and order.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:
- · Items must be in unused, unopened condition
- · Must be returned in the original packaging
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Damaged Product?
If your product arrived damaged due to courier handling, please contact us immediately via:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. Once verified, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement for you.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Typically, orders are dispatched within 1 business day after placement.
To request a cancellation, message us on Instagram DMs (@olaskincarecanada) or email us at olaskincaredigital@gmail.com. Our team will check your order status and confirm if cancellation is possible.
Once your order has shipped, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
