How long does shipping take?
We deliver across Pakistan within 3–5 business days. All orders are shipped securely with trusted delivery partners for a smooth experience.
Does my product come in any packaging?
Absolutely! Every Ola Skincare product is delivered in custom, eco-friendly packaging, designed in Canada and made to protect your products while looking beautiful on your shelf.
What payment options do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience. Online payment options are coming soon!
What do I do if I receive my order and something is missing, incorrect, or damaged?
Please do not accept opened or pressed parcels. If your package arrives damaged or with missing/incorrect items, kindly save the box and product as-is, and notify us immediately at olaskincaredigital@gmail.com or call us at +92 333-3721427.
You can also message us on Instagram @OlaSkincare. Please do not discard the packaging—it may be needed for us to resolve your issue.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email—what should I do?
Confirmation emails are typically sent shortly after your order is placed. If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Products purchased from our website can only be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and with proof of purchase.
All exchange requests are reviewed by our team within 5–7 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In case of stock unavailability, we offer store credit upon agreement.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12–24 hours after being placed. To request a change, email us at olaskincaredigital@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please note: Once your order is being packed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.
How much are delivery charges?
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan at a flat rate of Rs. 200.
